Rodrigo, from Chile, and Cecilia, from Cuenca, have just opened a very nice restaurant called Terra. I was surprised to learn that this is their 4th restaurant in Cuenca plus one in Quito and one planned in Miami. They look so young but they obviously know what they are doing. And they have the best Almuerzos (lunches) in town!
